1. Introduction and Effectiveness of the General Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services carried out remotely via the internet on the website www.verdealpeko.com<\/a> (hereinafter, the \u201cWebsite\u201d), in compliance with Italian law as set out in Legislative Decree 206\/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, the \u201cConsumer Code\u201d).<\/p>\n

The consumer who accesses the Website to make purchases (hereinafter, \u201cCustomer\u201d) must, before submitting the order, carefully read these General Terms and Conditions. They are always available on the Website and can also be viewed via the link contained in the order confirmation email.<\/p>\n

If the purchaser cannot be classified as a \u201cconsumer\u201d pursuant to Art. 3, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consumer Code, the rules on the right of withdrawal and, more generally, the provisions reserved exclusively for consumers shall not apply.<\/p>\n

Contracts concluded through the Website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions and by Italian law. The language of the contract is Italian.<\/p>\n

2. Choosing and Ordering Products<\/h3>\n

The features and prices of the products are shown on the respective product pages.<\/p>\n

To complete an order, the Customer must fill in and submit the electronic form by following the instructions on the Website.<\/p>\n

By submitting the order, the Customer fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions and declares that they have read the information made available during the purchase procedure.<\/p>\n

The contract is concluded at the time of acceptance by Alpeko, confirmed by an email containing: order number, shipping and billing details, list of Products purchased, and a link to the General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

In the event of unavailability of one or more Products, Customer Service will promptly inform the Customer. The latter may confirm the order with the available Products only, or cancel it. The amount relating to unavailable items will be refunded.<\/p>\n

3. Product Information<\/h3>\n

The information and features of the Products are available on the Website, complete with identification codes.
\nImages are for illustrative purposes and may not precisely represent colors and dimensions. In the event of discrepancies, the description on the product page shall always prevail.<\/p>\n

4. Prices<\/h3>\n

All prices are expressed in Euros and include taxes and duties.<\/p>\n

7. Transport and Delivery<\/h3>\n

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure.
\nAt the time of shipment, the Customer will receive an email with the tracking link.<\/p>\n

Delivery times are generally 3\u20135 business days within Italy and 5\u20138 business days within Europe, except in cases of force majeure.<\/p>\n

7. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the Products, without penalties and without obligation to provide reasons, except for the cases of exclusion provided for by the Consumer Code.<\/p>\n

Alpeko will communicate the return methods via courier. The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized Products or to Products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly.<\/p>\n

8. Free Return<\/h3>\n

In the event the right of withdrawal is exercised, Alpeko fully bears the return costs.<\/p>\n

9. Warranty and Lack of Conformity<\/h3>\n

All Products are covered by the legal warranty provided for by the Consumer Code.
\nThe Customer must report any defects within two months of their discovery.<\/p>\n

10. Errors and Limitations of Liability<\/h3>\n

Alpeko undertakes to keep the information on the Products up to date, but does not guarantee the absolute absence of errors. Any inaccuracies may be corrected even after the order has been submitted.<\/p>\n
